Embodiment is the key to waking up on any level. It is the process of integrating the practices and teachings we engage with. Embodiment allows us to recognize obstacles, to feel them, and to work with them skillfully. It ensures that our practices are grounded, and allows us to relate to emotional states with patience and compassion.
This weekend Immersion experience is for yoga teachers who want tools to bring embodiment techniques into their own practice, their classroom and their therapy sessions.
The weekend will look at:
What is embodied philosophy, and how can it breathe new life into your classes?
What are somatic yoga practices, and how can they help you and your students access alignment and vitality with less effort?
If this approach speaks to you, come dive in to this immersive weekend experience with us, Allison and Robin.
Or, if you have questions, join us for the LIVE Q & A SESSION – June 12, 8:00 pm est
To be part of the Q & A, just write us at: embodythesacred @ gmail . com
and we will send you a link.
We have both been teaching and mentoring other teachers in Montreal and across North America for 25 years. Yoga teachers search us out for this next level in their training. To respond to this need, we are joining forces to offer in-depth trainings in philosophy and somatic yoga.
Our first event, Embody the Sacred Yoga Teachers’ Immersion Weekend, will be a full experience in itself, and will give you with a taste of what we have to offer in terms of enlightening and supporting your journey as teacher and seeker.
Expect to be surprised! Expect to practice deeply, unpack issues essential to yoga instructors, and revel in the wisdom of non-dual tantric philosophy.
