Teachers’ grounding and centering pratice
As teachers, we need opportunities to nourish our own practice and our understanding. Come join us for these 2-hour grounding and re-centering classes in the company of other teachers. Lively discussions pretty well guaranteed.

Teacher Mentoring Sessions
Private classes cater to those who prefer to work individually on their asana practice.
I also offer one-on-one mentoring sessions for teachers looking for support in specific areas of the craft of teaching, or in philosophy.
